Master Peter Wu has been practicing Tai Chi since 2000 and has been teaching since 2010.
He has successfully taught hundreds of students, and specializes in teaching foreigners who speak English, and also customizes programs to help students with injuries.
Master Wu started his Tai Chi journey after receiving a hip injury whilst boxing. To avoid surgery a doctor recommended he try Tai Chi.
The health and well being benefits extended beyond his recovery and Master Wu began more serious study, here in Taiwan and in Mainland China.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi, short for Tai Chi Quan(太極拳), is a martial art that was originated centuries ago in China. It is characterized by a series of continuous, circular, slow, relaxed and smooth flowing movements that take nature as a source of inspiration.
It has been proved by numerous studies that the continuous practice of this martial art has several mental and physical benefits, from reducing stress, improving sleep quality and helping to boost cognitive function, to promoting weight loss, improving balance, strengthening muscles and reducing tension exerted on the joints, amongst others.
