Tai Chi Classes
1 on 1 or 1 on 2 classes
Master Wu has had a range of students with different interests. Some students focus on health, wanting to improve a pain they've had for many years and was told stretching is key. Others initially sought it as leisure, and a journey in experiencing Asian culture. Or there's those that have done Tai Chi before, and now is the time to get further understanding and even get into competitive performances.
Master Wu has taught a dozen of students in a private class setting, each with their own needs. This option will be designed bespoke to your requirements with Tai Chi expertise in the background.

Master Wu will structure each class as follows:
-
Initial warm up and stretching while explaining benefits for health
-
A review of the previous lesson material and individual corrections to get students thinking
-
One or two new moves will be introduced and performed while the class follows
-
Further practise while Master Wu observes and give advise for improvements
-
A short period to get refreshed and ask questions
